We strongly believe that these four pillars are the foundation to a more fulfilling life, and perhaps you already know this, but struggle to implement or feel overwhelmed because you need some guidance and support. We encourage you to make those changes and hope our blogs, can be a great start to your wellness journey. However, as capable as you are, you might not want to make those changes on your own.
A coach helps you to have structure, an efficient system with accountability so you can achieve your goals. There is no point in only having the intention, change needs action.

Our ancestors lived in a world filled with many different life threatening dangers: predators ready to eat them, hostile environment, disease, etc. And our psyche evolved with this sense of danger. That is to say, that evolution nurtured and programmed in us the belief and need to protect ourselves from risks and pain, and that obeying the rules that have been ingrained in us would always keep us safe. Then, fear was protective, and now is like an overprotective mother that helps you survive but not really thrive.

BODY
Can food help to relieve our health issues? In my opinion improved nutrition can help alleviate any kind of condition. A recent study done in the UK of 3,486 middle-aged men and women compared those eating a mediterranean-style, whole foods diet, plentiful in vegetables, fruit and fish, to those who ate a diet high in processed foods, sweetened desserts, fried foods, processed meat, refined grains, and high fat dairy products. Those who ate a diet high in processed foods had a higher risk of mental health problems, or any other health issues.
