This is a 5-week coaching programme designed to assist highly ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs who feel stuck, or overwhelmed. I will guide you through the process of facing some of your deep-seated fears and vulnerabilities, offering you non-judgemental listening and objective feedback. With my coaching and support, you will be more empowered to dream big and develop an action plan to help you manifest the person you would like to become.

Week 1. Shifting Your Mindset

This is a step-by-step coaching programme to help you access subconscious limiting beliefs, challenge the automatic negative thoughts and develop a healthier positive mindset.

Week 2. Developing Your Goals, Dreams and Aspirations

This module was designed to help you dream big, build on your intentions or objectives for the next 5 years. You will develop creative thinking, using your imagination and guided meditation. Set specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound goals using my goal-planning workbook.

Week 3. Acknowledging my Habits

This module will help make you more aware of the habits and patterns of behaviour that may be working against you. Some of these habits may be poor sleeping habits, or poor time management including procrastinating. We will also take a deeper look at common negative thinking patterns and common disruptive behaviours such as your overuse of technology.

Week 4. the Body-Mind Connection

This module will give you a better understanding of meditation, mindfulness and developing our intuitiveness. You will gain access to research that highlights the positive impact of meditation on healing the body, producing new neural pathways in the brain, helping us to develop new habits and thinking patterns.

Week 5. Developing Your Routine and Plan of Action

This module will cover the benefits of organising your daily tasks and work diary to ensure optimum performance. Many of us face dips in our energy levels at certain times during the day and with my evidence-based worksheets, we can detect exactly when and why these occur. I will help you to become more organised, more efficient and productive.
