Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with the National Health Service as a migrant psychologist. During this time, I have treated numerous patients suffering from anxiety-related disorders, including worry, panic, social anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals facing long-term health conditions. This diverse experience has allowed me to witness the intricate connection between mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
