When we fall in love we are just falling in love with ourselves...we are spiralling.
You know one of those days when you are listening to some music and for whatever reason you get inspired. I was doing my regular exercise when Spiralling by Keane was playing and it hit me.
Have you ever heard that the world around us is a reflection of our own self?
How many times a week do you look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself how extraordinary you are, how beautiful, how unique, and how blessed you are?
We rarely get in touch with our truest, deepest, and most profound self and reality. Very little we know about ourselves and we end up living our lives based on someone else's belief or opinion, accepting it as truth. However people's beliefs and opinions do not define us but our own beliefs do, we are what we believe ourselves to be.
Once we escape from a conditioned life locked inside our minds that does not really mirror our truest and most profound self, a feeling of peace and liberation embraces us, we feel more in touch with the Divine Infinite Intelligence, and therefore we create a better connection with our pure consciousness. We reach enlightenment and the realisation that we are love.
Most of the time we are trapped in our own minds, being misguided by our own earthly realities and egotistic thoughts. We build those realities in a regular basis due to lack of confidence and self-awareness. Let's set ourselves free.
Perhaps it is very hard to comprehend the huge responsibility that we have to ourselves to know ourselves better, to be more authentic and to love ourselves first of all.
We don't fall in love literally at first sight we fall in love over time by courting ourselves and realising our true value, acknowledging how remarkably attractive we are. And making sure that we do it every day. Loving the self is a practice. We should feel excited and immersed in ourselves, and passionate about everything we do. We should always be our first priority.
So when we say I am love... so then LOVE it is...
